Child safety standards

Simple Capture is made by Komodo AI LLC. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

What is never allowed

• Any content that sexualizes a minor, including images, video, audio, text or links.
• Grooming, sextortion, or any attempt to contact a child for sexual purposes.
• Sharing, requesting or promoting child sexual abuse material in any form, including through a shared Simple Capture page.

How Simple Capture protects children

• Simple Capture is not for children under 13, and it is invite-only.
• There are no public profiles and no way to search for or message strangers. A capture is seen by someone else only when its owner taps to share a link.
• It never saves children's voices, and it won't make caricatures or restyled images of children. Our content guardrails block sexual content involving minors.

Reporting

In the app, tap Report on anything the AI made, then Offensive or harmful. Reports go only to Simple Capture support; nobody is told who reported.

What we do with reports

• We review child safety reports first, within 24 hours.
• We remove violating content (which takes down any page that shared it), suspend the accounts involved and preserve evidence as the law requires.
• We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement.
