These terms cover your use of Simple Capture, made by Komodo AI LLC. Last updated October 17, 2026.
Your content
What you capture is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the app to you: making stories, transcripts, images and answers, and keeping your library. Only record people who are happy to be recorded, and follow the law where you are.
What the AI makes
Stories, summaries, images and answers are made by AI and can be wrong. Don't rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions, or to find your way around. If something it made is offensive or wrong, tap Report on it and we'll review it.
Acceptable use
Don't use Simple Capture to harm, harass or deceive anyone, to make images of children, to impersonate real people, or to break the law.
Credits
Some features use credits. New accounts get free credits; when you can buy more, prices are shown before you pay, purchases are handled by Apple, Google or Stripe, and credits have no cash value. We may limit very heavy use to keep the service running for everyone.
Ending
You can stop using Simple Capture and delete your account and data at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
No warranty
Simple Capture is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Komodo AI LLC isn't liable for indirect or lost-data damages.
